Due to the perishable nature of fresh and frozen seafood, all sales are final.
However — and this is important — we stand behind our product.
Quality Guarantee
If your order arrives with a quality issue (for example: spoilage, improper temperature, or damage during delivery), please notify us within 2 hours of delivery or pickup.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, we may request:

Once verified, we will offer one of the following, at our discretion:
Non-Returnable Situations
We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for:
Change of mind
Incorrect storage after pickup or delivery
Delayed pickup by the customer
Product that has been cooked, altered, or partially consumed
Orders where no issue is reported within the stated timeframe
Pickup Orders
Customers are responsible for inspecting their order at the time of pickup. Once the order leaves our facility, responsibility for proper handling and storage transfers to the customer.
Delivery Orders
Delivery issues must be reported within 2 hours of delivery. We are not responsible for product quality if delivery is delayed due to incorrect address information or if the order is left unattended after delivery.
Wholesale Accounts
Wholesale orders are final unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Any issues must be reported immediately upon receipt.
